We don't sell a curriculum. Every engagement starts with the specific decisions your managers need to get better at, and ends with a game they can keep playing.

Discovery

A working session with your sponsor and a few participants. We surface the decision your team gets wrong most often, the constraints that shape it, and what success looks like.

Game design

We turn the decision into a mechanic — roles, resources, rounds, and a scoring model. You see a prototype within two weeks and play it with us.

Production

We produce the physical or digital game to a professional standard: printed boards, cards, tokens, or a hosted web build for distributed teams.

Facilitation

Our facilitators run the session. Half-day, full-day, or multi-day, in person or remote. We keep the room honest and the pressure real.

Debrief & diagnostic

Every session ends with a structured debrief and a written diagnostic of how your team made decisions, where they hesitated, and what to practice next.
