Our team combines former operators, behavioral scientists, and professional game designers. We've worked with multinational retailers, technology firms, public-sector agencies, and graduate business schools.

We believe most management training fails because it treats decisions as content to be transferred rather than skills to be rehearsed. Games are how skilled people have always rehearsed under pressure. We just bring them to the boardroom.
